With a land/home loan, you can purchase and finance your land, your home, and the improvements needed to the land (well, septic, concrete, etc.) in one loan package. If you need improvements done on your land, we have contractors that we work with and recommend for all site work that may need to be done. Loans are also available for your home only or your home and improvements. Typical terms for new home loans are 5% down for up to 30 years.
